Terms of Service

These terms cover two products sold by the same independent maker: PinPilot (a one-time Pinterest setup service and tool) and PixelReport (a monthly research report for print-on-demand sellers). Buying either product means you agree to what's below. Payment is handled by Gumroad, and Gumroad's own terms also apply to the transaction.
1. What PinPilot is
PinPilot is a one-time setup: we take your print-on-demand designs and product links, generate Pinterest pin graphics, help you set up your own free Cloudinary account and run the first upload so they are hosted there (you own and keep the account), produce a bulk-upload CSV, hand over the PinPilot tool and its configuration, and give you a written walkthrough of the weekly routine. An optional Monthly Feed add-on ($15/mo, on request) means we rebuild the CSV for you as you add designs.
The PinPilot tool and the files produced for you are yours to keep and use for your own shop(s) forever. The tool is licensed for your own use, not for resale or redistribution - see the LICENSE file included in your delivery for the exact terms. If you cancel the Monthly Feed, everything already delivered keeps working; it just stops being refreshed for you.
2. What PixelReport is
PixelReport is a research report published once a month: trending niches, keyword gaps, competition notes, a seasonal design calendar, and 50 ready-to-use design prompts. It is offered as a $39/month subscription (one issue on or around the 1st of each month, cancel anytime) or as a $99 one-off single issue with no subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges and future issues, and you keep every issue already delivered.
3. No guarantee of results
Pinterest is a slow, compounding traffic channel and results depend on your niche, your designs, your pricing, and Pinterest's own algorithm - all outside our control. Neither product guarantees any level of traffic, impressions, clicks, sales, or revenue. PixelReport's niche and keyword research is a good-faith read of public data at the time of writing; it is information to act on, not a forecast.
4. Your responsibilities
- You provide accurate shop links and design files you have the right to use.
- You run your own Pinterest and Cloudinary accounts and follow those platforms' terms.
- You upload the CSV to Pinterest yourself - nothing here logs into or automates your Pinterest account.
- You keep your Cloudinary API credentials secure after setup.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use these products to publish content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, violates Pinterest's or Gumroad's policies, or breaks the law. Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PinPilot tool or PixelReport issues.
6. Liability
Both products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the maker's total liability for any claim connected to either product is limited to the amount you paid for it. The maker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost account standing on any third-party platform.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change when they are. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be sent by email.
