Refund Policy

Both products are small and priced honestly. If something's wrong, email us first - most problems are faster to fix than to refund. The specifics for each product are below.
PinPilot Starter Pack (self-serve, $19)
14-day guarantee on the file. If your first CSV does not upload cleanly in Pinterest's bulk uploader, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will help you fix it. If it still will not upload, you get a full refund. This covers the file only. It does not cover Pinterest performance: we make no promise about traffic, clicks, sales or rankings, and we cannot refund because Pinterest is slow or because you changed your mind after getting the tool.
PinPilot one-time setup ($59.99)
Founding offer: the first 3 Setup buyers pay $29 and the same terms below apply.

After delivery it's case-by-case, and here's the honest reason why: this isn't a download you can "return." By the time your setup is delivered you have the PinPilot tool, your finished config, your hosted image library on your own Cloudinary account, and a ready-to-upload CSV - all yours to keep and use forever. So a blanket refund would mean keeping a working system for free.
What we do stand behind: if something in the setup is genuinely broken - the CSV won't upload, the tool errors on your machine, the images didn't host - tell us within your 30-day support window and we'll fix it or refund you. What we can't do is refund because Pinterest is slow (it is, for everyone, and we make no promise about results) or because you've changed your mind after receiving everything.
If you're not sure this is right for your shop, ask us before you buy. We'd rather talk you out of it than take $59.99 for something that won't fit.
The Monthly Feed add-on ($15/mo, available on request only) can be cancelled any time; cancelling stops the next charge and nothing breaks. A month already delivered isn't refunded.
PixelReport
- Single Issue (from $10): 7-day refund. If the issue isn't useful, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund it.
- Monthly PixelReport (from $0/month): cancel anytime to stop future charges. Because each issue is delivered in full on release, there's no refund on an issue you've already received - but you keep it, and you won't be charged again.
How to request one
Email pinpilottool@gmail.com with your Gumroad receipt or the email you purchased with. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be contested.
