Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about both products - PinPilot (Pinterest setup) and PixelReport (monthly research report) - including the parts that are genuinely slow.

PinPilot

What exactly do I get?

A one-time setup: two framed 2:3 pin graphics (1000×1500) generated from each of your designs and hosted on your own free Cloudinary account (we help you set it up, and you own and keep it), a keyword-led description written for every pin, each design mapped to the keyword-named board it belongs on, a board-naming plan for your niches, your first scheduled bulk-upload CSV, and the PinPilot tool plus its config so you can rebuild the CSV yourself. Plus a written walkthrough of the weekly routine.

Does this work for Etsy, or just Redbubble?

Yes, it works for Etsy. Pinterest doesn't care which marketplace the link goes to - it just needs a public product URL. We've built this around Redbubble, but Etsy, Shopify, and most other storefronts work the same way. Each pin links straight to the specific product page.

How long until I actually see traffic - or sales?

Pinterest is a slow, compounding channel, and we'd rather say that upfront than oversell it. Typical pattern: impressions within about 2 weeks, first real clicks somewhere in the 60–90 day range, and attributable sales usually in months 3 through 6. Consistency is what makes it work - not any single pin. Anyone promising fast sales is either wrong or doing something that gets accounts penalized.

Is this against Pinterest's Terms of Service?

No. The bulk CSV uploader is Pinterest's own official feature (on desktop: Settings → Import content), built for exactly this. Nothing here logs into or automates your Pinterest account - you upload the file yourself, through Pinterest's own interface, on your own schedule.

Do I need a Pinterest Business account?

Yes, and it's free. A Business account is what unlocks the bulk upload tool and pin analytics the whole setup relies on. A personal account can be converted in about two minutes, and we'll walk you through it if you're starting from scratch.

After the setup, am I on the hook for more money?

No. Setup is a one-time $59.99; the tool and your config are yours to keep. If you add designs later, you run the same tool yourself, a short routine laid out step by step in the written walkthrough. The optional Feed ($15/mo, on request) exists only for sellers who'd rather never touch the tool; cancel it anytime and nothing breaks.

How is this different from a subscription Pinterest tool?

PinPilot turns each design into a real 2:3 pin graphic, writes a keyword-led description that front-loads the term people search, and tracks which variant of a design has already been pinned so the next batch adds a fresh one. Subscription tools like Pin Generator overlap, but they're self-serve and billed monthly; PinPilot is done for you once and the files keep working if you never pay again. Board naming strategy is covered in the included Playbook for you to apply, not auto-routed by the tool - worth knowing before you buy.

PixelReport

What is PixelReport?

A monthly research report for print-on-demand sellers: trending niches, keyword gaps, competition notes, a seasonal design calendar, and 50 ready-to-use design prompts - each already carrying the title, board, and keywords a listing needs. It's a written report you read in about ten minutes and walk away with a list, not a dashboard you have to interpret.

How is it different from PodCS, Trendlytic, or Merch Dominator?

Those are dashboards - they hand you search volume and competition scores and leave you to turn that into a decision about what to draw. PixelReport does that last step for you: the deliverable is 50 finished prompts, not a table. It won't out-data a dedicated analytics tool, and some sellers use both - the honest difference is that it removes the step between "here's a number" and "here's what to make".

Can I try it once, and can I cancel anytime?

Yes to both. $99 gets a single one-off issue with no subscription (7-day refund if it's not useful). $39/month gets an issue on or around the 1st of each month and you can cancel anytime - cancelling stops future charges and issues, and you keep everything already delivered. See the refund policy for details.

Do the two products work together?

Yes - by design. Every PixelReport prompt lands in the same title / board / keyword columns PinPilot's bulk-upload CSV wants, so a prompt goes from the report into your pin queue with no reformatting.
