Privacy Policy

This policy covers PinPilot and PixelReport, both run by the same independent maker. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver what you bought, we don't sell or share it, and there are no tracking pixels on this site.
What we collect
- Your email address - from Gumroad at purchase, used to deliver the product, send your PixelReport issues, and answer support.
- Your shop URL and product links - so we can build pins and CSV rows that point at your listings.
- Your design images - the artwork files (or the shop links we pull them from) needed to generate pin graphics.
- Your Cloudinary credentials - used during setup to help host your images on your own account, which you own. These are handled to complete the setup and are not retained long-term after delivery; you're advised in the delivery note to rotate them afterward.
- PixelReport collects only your email. It needs nothing about your shop to deliver an issue.
What we don't do
- No resale, rental, or sharing of your data with anyone for marketing.
- No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no third-party analytics scripts on this landing page.
- No automated access to your Pinterest account - you upload the CSV yourself.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your full card details. Gumroad collects and processes billing information under its own privacy policy, and shares with us your email, purchase, and (for tax purposes) your country.
Where your data lives
Working files for a PinPilot setup (your links, images, generated CSV) are held only for as long as needed to deliver the setup and support window, then deleted. Your hosted images live on your Cloudinary account, not ours. Email correspondence is retained in a standard email inbox.
Your rights
Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting your data after delivery won't affect the files already handed to you, which are yours to keep.
